Islam being physically Slow...?

I'm muslim i'm physically slow and i can't work bec ause of that..i feel like i can't do any job...i need easy job..some people calls me slow..but i don't get hurt i leave to god...beacuse i know allah created me this this way and i'm proud of it no matter what other think of me..need advice what to do
