Is it worse to discriminate for height or for weight?

A lot of men are called shallow because they discriminate in their choice of mate and only want to date women who are below a certain weight. I know women often discriminate likewise because they tend to want to date men that are at least as tall as they are. I believe there are biological reasons both men and women behave this way but I have never heard a woman called shallow for discriminating against potential boyfriends because of his height.
