If a white male impregnates a black female, is it possible the child will be white?

Or will it strictly either be a black child or a mulatto child? I am fairly certain this has to do with how the alleles mix, and which are dominant and recessive. Scientific support for your answer would be preferred, but if that is not possible, so be it. Thanks in advance.
