NEED SOMETHING MADE OF 3 PARTS?

Im trying to make a picture where it is made of three parts~ each representing each branch of government (legislature, executive, and judicial) I need this answered by tomorrow morning so please help!!!! P.S. I cant use ice cream because that was the example PLEASE HELP
