Is it Morally possible to get divorced and neither party is liable for the divorce?

No, because from a moral perspective if neither party broke marital vows, and the marriage was consummated then there isn't any reason for the divorce. So one party or the other would be responsible for having broken the marital vows. I guess its vaguely possible that both parties broke marriage vows simultaneously, but unlikely
