I have a werid situation coming back to me again..but its reversed..Please help!?

So i dated this guy for 4 months (he was my first bf) hes 14 and im 15.We had a good realtiship..but he ruined it,He lied alot and i always had a gut feeling he was cheating.So 4 weeks ago He broke up with me saying he lost interst then the day after i heard he got another girlfriend :( She dosnt go to our school shes lke 20 miles away.So when he broke up with me he asked another chick out.Now he just stares at me in school and go to the places i go in school just to look at me.Now I met another guy from my friend This guy said i was hot and asked for my number so i gave it to him.But He has a girlfriend and has been with her for 4 months too..But he likes me.So Hes dating her but likes another girl (Me) And the SAME thing happend to me with my ex boyfriend..But its reversed this time.What is this?? I dont think its karma cuz i didnt do anything bad..What is this? Please help sorry if this is long but i soo aprecaite answers! : )
