..... Girls help!!!!?

Ok, so I guess farting for women is NORMAL during .... When a woman is turnned on she gets gas also.... I had no clue of that until after it happened and I looked it up..... Well I would not like to fart, I already have 1 time and I was so ashamed.... I felt gasy everytime before but never did... Then 1 time it just came out! I wanted to cry... So what should I do not to fart or get as gasy, please help, I don't enjoy myself anymore :(
