Why MOST (not all) Western woman tend to be superficial, artificial and extremely judgmental?

I can answer part of your question - One of the 1st things a western woman (or man) is taught when growing up, is not to talk to strangers! Why therefore would anyone strike up a conversation with a random man in the street? Don't feel offended Chirag, it's the way we're brought up.
