Help with straight hair please!?

hey im 13 year old boy and my hair used to go down straight like perfectly but recently in the summer i like kept making it go to the side so it started going like that kind of and then i realized i didn't look so good so i got a haircut but i didnt cut my bangs off all the way. P.S. (It's only the bangs that don't go straight) so its been like a month now i guess and the bangs are long and they keep like not going straight theyll like be turning to the left side of my face. If i ask my mom to cut them all the way will they go straight again if i don't mess around with my hair, someone please help me.
