This boy wont leave me alone! SO annoying!?

This boy calls my house like all the time! we were in the same grade and i barely knew him...he was an outcast..he found me on myspace like 3 months ago. i was at the mall yesterday with my friend and i ran into him and he kept following us...then my friend was trying to be funny and walked fast ahead of us, he kept talking to me [and anybody with a brain could tell i wanted him to go away]. not trying to be mean but hes not cute at all...he acts like we go out and ewww..man how can i tell him to leave me alone without bein mean?
