Is windows firewall deactivated if security center service is disabled on windows xp pro?

Windows "security" (that's laughable) blows anyway. If you want good internet security, I would recommend Computer ociates E-Z Armor Internet Security Suite. I'm not familiar with Spyware Blaster, but if you want some good anti-spyware programs, follow the links below.
