I think I am losing it,and I dont know what it is?

It might be a good idea to consult a therapist about this so that you would be able to find out exactly what is matter... and what the solution might be -- if meds and therapy might be needed. Since you are in a stressful job, it would be best if you would be able to consult a therapist so that you may be able to have more peace of mind.
