How to get more product out of NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil?

I bought my first NYX Jumbo Pencil today. I wanted "Milk" but my Ulta didn't have it, so I settled for the more shimmery version of it "Cottage Cheese". I'm impressed with the color pay-off, but it seems like I could go through the top of the product quickly. How to I get the rest of the product out of the tube? It doesn't seem to twist out and sharpening it doesn't seem like it would do anything to get more product out. Anyone know what to do besides de-potting (Because I want to keep it in pencil form)?
