How can I lose weight healthy and fast ?

Eat healthy and realisitically, eat what you will when you are done trying to work out, that way you wont suddenly gain back a bunch of weight. You should normally eat healthy, so remember that by saying this, i mean that you should eat healthy most of the time, of course you are human and can't eat healthy all the time.
