'95 Ford Probe Many Questions!?

ok first of all if the timing belt was slipping it wouldn't run......it more likely is the alternator belt.......replace it........the exhaust noise is probably a hole in the muffler......needs to be found and repaired or replaced........the stalling in park sounds like a torque converter going out.....a transmission shop can diagnose that for you.....good luck!!!
