Doctors apointment,im curious what they do?

ok so i was wondering im 14 and im going to the doctor since i have a strange bump on my earlobe. so my parents want to check to see if its cancer or not. well i just wanted to know if he/she will do to me. will they check my nuts or make me masturbate or somthing srry if so i feel uncomfortable tell me what theyll do
