Condencing boiler instalation. Is there a regulation regarding the flue ?

I have had a new boiler fitteed by a corgi registard fitter .wonderful ...but I find the exhaust..plume of condenced air that it expells outside is projected onto nextdoors path which they use to acces their front door. We hope to sell up soon and I need to know if there is any regulations about this sort of thing . Is there a distance that is required to be away from other property ? if you are not sure yourself perhaps you may know how I find out ? Thanks for reading .
